ioffer.com is a new ebay-type site offering a wide range of merchandise from seller's stores, much like ebay. I have purchased 179 times on ebay without a single loss or serious problem. I tried ioffer last month to purchase Invicta Watches. I purchased 5 watches from 4 different sellers. In each case, the seller was fraudulent. I received 3 well-wrapped packages from China delivered by EMS. Inside each box were 2 small blue boxes containing a 2" diameter glass pendant on a red ribbon.
