I purchased a SHARK SUPER STEAMER. I followed the directions for using and it has never worked. I called the company to see if I was doing something wrong. It was determined that it was defective. I was told to return it to the company along with a check for $12.95 and I would receive it back in 4 to 6 weeks. It is quite heave so it would cost quite a bit for shipping. This is not acceptable to me. I did not buy the Replacement Plan as I assumed I was buying a working product. I tried bringing it back to the Kmart store where I purchased it and they would not take it back as the Shark company would not stand behind it. I don't think this is acceptable. I contacted the Better Business Bureau with my complaint and they said the Shark company did not respond. I paid $42.94 for this item including tax and am not very happy with the Shark Company.
