I purchased a SHARK SUPER STEAMER. I followed the directions for using and it has never worked. I called the company to see if I was doing something wrong. It was determined that it was defective. I was told to return it to the company along with a check for $12.95 and I would receive it back in 4 to 6 weeks. It is quite heave so it would cost quite a bit for shipping.
