I foolishly purchased a second Euro Pro Shark after my first one (Model 3501CO) quit working after about a year and a half. I've had the second one (Model 3501) less than a year and it suddenly just stopped working. No power. Tried the company's 800 number but was on hold for about 5 minutes and then it just disconnected me. Went to their website for a Live Chat and no one available (even though it's the middle of the morning and the service is suppose to be available until 10:00 pm). Went to a second website and was able to submit a complaint (I think). Filled out the form and then received no confirmation. INCREDIBLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Too bad as when the steamer worked, it was great on tile and wood floors. But it's a total waste of money, especially with no response or help from the company.
