I foolishly purchased a second Euro Pro Shark after my first one (Model 3501CO) quit working after about a year and a half. I've had the second one (Model 3501) less than a year and it suddenly just stopped working. No power. Tried the company's 800 number but was on hold for about 5 minutes and then it just disconnected me. Went to their website for a Live Chat and no one available (even though it's the middle of the morning and the service is suppose to be available until 10:00 pm).
