I submitted modification documents in May 2009 for the modification loan process to get my mortgage loan modified and after Ever home "lost or misplaced my documents several times", I finally got notice in July I had been accepted so that my mortgage payment would be reduced, only to find out 2 months later by mail that they decided to deny me. Meanwhile, I had been making the modified payments according to the new agreement and wasnt notified until over 6 weeks later that I had been denied. Then after making complaints to the BBB and to the FTC, I magically was reaccpeted and my mortgage was then remodified only to have my payment lowered $100 from the orginial payment to begin with. Meanwhile, they ruined my credit reporting my loan as deliquent and tacking on a bunch of late fees. I had perfect credit in May of 2009 and now they have ruined my once excellent credit score of 750. 2 weeks ago, ONCE AGAIN I was notified by mail that AGAIN my payments would be increasing a additional $70 because they supposely havent been charging me private mortgage insurance again raising my payment. My mortgage is now only $32 less from my orginal mortgage payment back in May 2009 and with all of this they have ruined my credit, caused me a great deal of stress. Because of all of this I dont think I will even be able to provide a Christmas for my 3 children. I hope they can sleep at night knowing that in another month or two they that are pushing a hard working single mother of 3 young children out of our house onto the streets!!!
