I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I've called them and they've told me the only other options are Western Union or sending a payment via usps (postal service). I can't believe it. I'm tired of trying but I want and need to talk to my loved one. When he calls, it will be the last until I can get the payment through. Western Union is a NO and USPS is a NO. It's ridiculous!!!
