I’ve been coming to ONE8T Wellness since they opened and love coming each time. When I lived in Vancouver I went to a hot/cold spa very frequently and was looking for a similar one in Calgary. I tried out a number of places but nothing comes close to a proper hold/cold therapy session than this one. And it’s better value as well! The staff are friendly, massage chairs are great, equipment is modern, towels are provided, and there’s always availability. I highly recommend ONE8T for boosting your immune system, relaxing, or recovering from a good OrangeTheory workout ????????

Nice staff and clean facility

One8T Wellness is AMAZING. The cold dip is super refreshing, the infrared sauna and red light therapy left me feeling totally recharged, and the vitamin C shower is such a cool bonus. But the real star? The massage chair, absolutely to die for! Best way to start your session. The space is clean, relaxing, and the whole vibe is perfect. The staff are amazing too. Welcoming and professional. Can’t wait to go back!
