Won't stop calling me

I am sick to death of Excel Communications calling my business mobile as they will not take NO for an answer - I am not interested in their services and I do not want to hear from them again

They called me yesterday and again today - why when I have already said I am not interested?

They are trying to quote figures that I pay for my mobile and they are nowhere near the amounts I actually pay. Where do they get this rubbish from?

If they call me again I will not tolerate it and I will not be polite to them I am afraid

Awful company

I have local, long distance & International service with Excel Communications . I reported my problem on Thursday, June 6, 2007 that I am unable to call long distance on my phone. Each time I am transferred to repair service, someone comes on the phone and identifies themselves and I am put on hold then the phone line goes dead. I am paying for a service I am unable to use. This company is deplorable.
