I have local, long distance & International service with Excel Communications . I reported my problem on Thursday, June 6, 2007 that I am unable to call long distance on my phone. Each time I am transferred to repair service, someone comes on the phone and identifies themselves and I am put on hold then the phone line goes dead. I am paying for a service I am unable to use.
