Ordered 2 of the same item (a Hello Kitty DS protective case). The company did not send me the design advertised on the web page. After trying to contact them 3 times via their site, no response to me but after disputing on paypal they added pictures of the wrong cases they sent me to the item web page. Seller does not respond to buyer, only when paypal gets involved. They said they were going to verify what was sent, never heard back from them until the 45 day dispute limit when I escalated to a paypal claim. Since it was sellers fault, I wanted a full refund for their ridiculous shipping charges. I only ordered from their site because they were the only company advertising this particular design in stock, otherwise i could have gotten the designs they sent me a lot cheaper with free shipping somewhere else. Despite that I don't know what the seller told paypal after the claim, but I was to send the items back at my own expense to get my refund. All in all, I'm only out less than $20 and lesson learned. I'll avoid using paypal next time as I would've had a better chance disputing through my credit card. This is the first time I've ever escalated to a claim and let's just say I'm not a firm believer in buyer protection anymore :T but that's just my experience.
