Ordered 2 of the same item (a Hello Kitty DS protective case). The company did not send me the design advertised on the web page. After trying to contact them 3 times via their site, no response to me but after disputing on paypal they added pictures of the wrong cases they sent me to the item web page. Seller does not respond to buyer, only when paypal gets involved.
