I purchased a handbag from viviennewestwoodstore.com which was despatced 17/12/10. On tracking my parcel with express mail services, I found it had been delivered and signed for by a P. ADAMS on 7/1/11 at an address in Usk Wales NP15 2BS whereas my address which was on the parcel was Ray Pinfold 47 St Margarets Road, Ward End Birmingham B8 2BB. Express Mail Services has no email or any other contact on their site.
