I purchased a handbag from viviennewestwoodstore.com which was despatced 17/12/10. On tracking my parcel with express mail services, I found it had been delivered and signed for by a P. ADAMS on 7/1/11 at an address in Usk Wales NP15 2BS whereas my address which was on the parcel was Ray Pinfold 47 St Margarets Road, Ward End Birmingham B8 2BB.
