Heres the deal, if you call the number referenced on your credit card bill, it will go to a customer support company that does show your account, they will dispute your charges via fax only at 800 573 5302. I have referenced their address provided above, however, I am uncertain if it's actually correct. I will be disputing my changes this week so if anyone else has done this and been successful, that would be great to know. If not, and no one is successful, then yes, we have a fraud deal and will take a class action law suit against them so stay tuned...
