Heres the deal, if you call the number referenced on your credit card bill, it will go to a customer support company that does show your account, they will dispute your charges via fax only at 800 573 5302. I have referenced their address provided above, however, I am uncertain if it's actually correct. I will be disputing my changes this week so if anyone else has done this and been successful, that would be great to know.
