Made an online appointment to have my daughters eyes examed for 4/14/10 at 6pm, received a confirmation e-mail stating that the appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store at about 5:30pm, the doctor opened the exam door and informed the sales associate that he was not seeing anymore patients tonight, even though my appointment was confirmed. I will never go to another Cohen's Fashion Optical again for anything. I asked the associate if there was another eyeglass place in the mall and was told there was a LensCrafters, so I took my daughter there. The doctor, assistants and all the sales associates were so helpful and kind, my daughter got her glasses and love them...Thanks to all associates at LensCrafters.
