Made an online appointment to have my daughters eyes examed for 4/14/10 at 6pm, received a confirmation e-mail stating that the appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store at about 5:30pm, the doctor opened the exam door and informed the sales associate that he was not seeing anymore patients tonight, even though my appointment was confirmed.
