I will NEVER go to Fabulous Freddy's Beauty Supply store again! I went in to make a wig purchase for an interview I had and I don't normally wear wigs. I was unable to successfully try on the wig in the store because my hair was not cornrolled down in order for the wig to fit properly. THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT I COULD TRY IT AT HOME AND IF I DID NOT LIKE IT I COULD GET A STORE CREDIT. I did so and did not like it once I got home. When I brought it back she danced around it saying that she doesnt take wigs back and that I wouldn't be able to make an exchange or get a credit because she can't resell the wig! I would have never purchased it if that were the case! I wasn't even able to wear in to my interview and wore my hair natural! I couldn't believe my ears. On top of this she stated she remembered our conversation and said that I should have brought it back within 7 days (which she NEVER said that day) and she even admitted that she might have failed to mention the 7 days, but that is her policy. This is not how you do business, especially when your business is not booming. The first day I was there it was empty (and I was there for a while) and the second day there was 1 customer on a saturday. If you live in the area don't waste your time going there. . . trust me, you're better off going somewhere else, plus the selection is virtually null.
