I placed an order for 4 cartons of Cheyenne Filtered Cigars 100s - Carton Xotic Berry on August 5th, 2010 and my order was confirmed via email with an order #. I still have not received my order and today is August 16th. Upon re-checking the email there is no tracking number update. It has been 11 days since my order and their shipping button claims UPS in 4 days. I called thier customer service number 1-866-233-8796. A man answered and I was put on hold for 1 minutes 30 seconds. When he returned he asked for my tracking number which I gave. He said they would be shipped today. I told him I ordered 11 days ago and he put me on hold again. After 8 minutes on hold someone at RYO hung up on me or the connection was disconnected. I tried to re-call and was sent to voice mail. I sent an email to customer service with no response.
