I placed an order for 4 cartons of Cheyenne Filtered Cigars 100s - Carton Xotic Berry on August 5th, 2010 and my order was confirmed via email with an order #. I still have not received my order and today is August 16th. Upon re-checking the email there is no tracking number update. It has been 11 days since my order and their shipping button claims UPS in 4 days. I called thier customer service number 1-866-233-8796.
