I foolishly purchased this program on Jan. 30, 2010 for $197 with a money back guarantee. I was told through an email their support staff would contact me within 1 to 3 business days. I have heard nothing and it is March 28, 2010. Since the 4th day I have tried unsuccessfully to call the phone numbers and send emails to the address and contact the website. I have had no success. The most recent message on the phone number was to go to www.fastsupportlive.com. I did so and was not able to complete it as they said enter an acceptable email address. I have done so 23 times and it still would not accept it. I guess I am just plain stupid (as if you didn't already know that due to my purchasing this in the first place!). I am just desparate to support my family. Please, what can I do to get my money back. I can't afford to lose that much . Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
