I foolishly purchased this program on Jan. 30, 2010 for $197 with a money back guarantee. I was told through an email their support staff would contact me within 1 to 3 business days. I have heard nothing and it is March 28, 2010. Since the 4th day I have tried unsuccessfully to call the phone numbers and send emails to the address and contact the website. I have had no success.
