Don Fortier is incompetent and a hustler. Physically damaged my laptop and overwrote 3.4 GB of data...and insisted that he did not (he had someone twice install Windows OS, overwriting data on a hard-drive with a corrupted partition after I specifically told him that I wanted the data preserved). My brother, who is a database administrator, said that a normal professional would have first made two backups of the hard drive before messing with it.

Mr. Fortier insisted that the 2x install of Windows did not overwrite the data.

Forensic recovery from Data Doctors confirmed the day and time of the overwrite...the same time Mr. Fortier had my laptop.

He still cashed my check for the consult of $75...insisting that he "did his job". Oh, and he wasn't able to recover anything.

Data Doctors recovered the remaining data without a problem.

BEWARE OF DON FORTIER AND FASTTEKS...HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING.
