Fasttrack was requested by me to attend to obtain clearance certificate. A specific enquiry was sent to them and a reply was requested. Enquiry ignored. No reply or response was given. When I followed up a few days later - expressed my unhappiness, I was told to take the R100 I had and do it myself. I requested that the person concerned phone me instead of sending the e-mail. This was ignored. I immediately gave the person my bank details via e-mail. Today I get an e-mail requesting my bank details which were given 5 days ago. I phoned Linda and told her if there was any further delay I would like interest on the money. She put the phone down in my ear. I was later sent an e-mail stating I never sent them the bank details. I attached proof thereof and sent it again. I was also told in the e-mail that they had received small amounts from me- meaning that I was not a customer they were concered about keeping. It seems to me that no one in the company wants to listen to my valid complaint and wants to amend the client relationship. No matter how small my company I expect the service I am paying for.
