Fasttrack was requested by me to attend to obtain clearance certificate. A specific enquiry was sent to them and a reply was requested. Enquiry ignored. No reply or response was given. When I followed up a few days later - expressed my unhappiness, I was told to take the R100 I had and do it myself. I requested that the person concerned phone me instead of sending the e-mail.
