FE Hawkins is a marvelous man who always does all he can for his people and the community. For this person stating that he is a rip off, I bet he didn't know about how Frank gave thousands and thousands to this investor that ended up ripping not only Frank off but dozens of other's who also made the same investment. Frank Hawkins is a no nonsense type of gentleman who will give you his last and always always believes in the dream and people. The FBI needs to help him get his money back from the crook who stole it from him and so many innocent others. Frank does wonderful work and knows real estate and building better than anyone I have ever met. He can just look at a project and give you an estimate which is never ever far off the mark, and he has a natural eye for beauty and he truly cares about each and every one of his projects. If anyone happens to read this that knows Frank please tell him that I am looking, searching high and low for him. I truly miss him. He use to call me the Terminator!!
