FE Hawkins Group or Frank Hawkins is a ripoff. Stay away from this guy! DO NOT give him any money. Frank Hawkins ripped me of for a few thousand dollars promising to build a subdivision in West Point, GA. He said that the money would be used for the "initial investment". This guy is a scam. When you go to his office, everything looks legit. He has plans of houses and subdivisions all over the place. The FBI needs to investigate this guy because he is a scam and he steals people money. read full review »
