In August '09 I notified Federal Ins. Brokers that my banking details changed and it's still with the same bank just a new acc no. Firstly they processed the application too late (after cutoff time) so the debit order went off on the old acc, which off course had no money in it. They didn’t even notify me that the debit didn’t go through, I had to phone them. They then failed to do a manual debit so I had to pay my monthly order twice the following month. As to my surprise my debit order once again didn’t go off that month. So its been 2 months in arrears now. I've spoken to Riette at Federal Ins. Brokers Pretoria and they came up with the excuse that my bank code is wrong. I would like to know how is it possible for ALL my other debit orders to go off at the right time with NO problems on the new account? And the fact that you changed my debit order date without notifying me as well!! I'm really considering taking my business else where after 10 years.
