They used illegal selling practices to lure me into making a purchase
shortly before closing. They listed the butterfly broach that i bought at
$590, and they offered me a "special deal" at $300. I managed to bargain
them down a little from there to $250, and walked out convinced I had gotten
a deal. I later found out that the deal I had received was not very good at
all, in fact, terrible. I had been lured by their illegal sales practices.

When I returned the next day with the above article in hand, they denied any
wrongdoing, and refused to refund my money. They went as far as calling
security to have me removed. I did leave before security arrived, but I
would most certainly never go back there. They refused to even put anything
in writing.
