Set top DVR

I don't understand why they supply a DVR with USB ports but they disable the ports so they can't be used. They supplied me with a set top box 6 months ago when I began my service. It doesn't work very well and I have had to reset it several times. What is frustrating is that I can't transfer my TV shows to my computer before I replace the box with another one they are sending me and I can't transfer to another one either.

Never Received Free 19" TV, Only the Run-Around

I signed up for Verizon Fios and was supposed to receive the free 19" HDTV. That was in January. Here we are in June (almost) and I have yet to receive anything regarding the television. I called about 7 weeks ago and was told I'd be receiving information in the next couple of weeks. Well, still haven't received a thing. Then, to top it all off, I've been trying to call to speak to a customer service representative for over a week. Today alone I've been hung up on 3 times and on hold for a total of 48 minutes. What a joke! Comcast was bad, but Verizon is TERRIBLE! I'm ready to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.
