I don't understand why they supply a DVR with USB ports but they disable the ports so they can't be used. They supplied me with a set top box 6 months ago when I began my service. It doesn't work very well and I have had to reset it several times. What is frustrating is that I can't transfer my TV shows to my computer before I replace the box with another one they are sending me and I can't transfer to another one either. read full review »
