I recently brought my vehicle into this center because a starter that they had replaced less than two years ago was no longer working. Although this item is supposed to have a two year warranty, they did not honor the warranty because they claimed the broken one was covered in oil. Then, after not delivering the car when they said it would be done, as soon as i picked it up it was making a very loud metallic rattling noise. I checked underneath and low and behold they didnt even bother to put the right bolt into the starter. Keep in mind replacing a starter is a piece of cake of for a mechanic, especially on my vehicle. There are only two bolts and they simply were too lazy to tighten one of them. I had to go out and buy a new one because the one they tried to use was too short. Unfortunatly the metallic rattle continued. I brought it in about a week later and they pretty much told me tough luck. They made me wait several hours and only checked the car for about 10 minutes and said it was a "fluke" that the noise started when they worked on it. Remember this car was fucntioning with no noise before I brought it there. THEN today, a few days after I pick it up from them, there is smoke coming out from under the car. Turns out this time they forgot ANOTHER bolt. Except a much more important one that fastens the transmission to the engine!!! Unbelievable. NEVER EVER EVER go to this center. There are much cheaper small AND large auto care providers in the area with good reliable work. These people are theives and you are powerless to get your money back from them.
