I recently brought my vehicle into this center because a starter that they had replaced less than two years ago was no longer working. Although this item is supposed to have a two year warranty, they did not honor the warranty because they claimed the broken one was covered in oil. Then, after not delivering the car when they said it would be done, as soon as i picked it up it was making a very loud metallic rattling noise.
