We paid this company $1500 for a loan modification in October. We submitted all paperwork in October. They sat on our paperwork and did not submit information to our bank until March. We were told to phone in every Monday for updates. First, they told us it would take 3 months.

Now, we have since been contacted by our bank denying our loan mod, First Premier says they are still waiting to hear the outcome.

We requested to talk to someone and now they tell us that we are no longer allowed to talk to anyone and that they are awaiting for someone to be assigned to our case. Once that happens, we will be contacted.

Total ripoff, bad business.
