We paid this company $1500 for a loan modification in October. We submitted all paperwork in October. They sat on our paperwork and did not submit information to our bank until March. We were told to phone in every Monday for updates. First, they told us it would take 3 months. Now, we have since been contacted by our bank denying our loan mod, First Premier says they are still waiting to hear the outcome.
