Anyone considering Firstline Security Alarm Services go no further!!! They are hands down THE worst company that I have ever or will ever deal with. I have had them "monitoring" my home security system for 2 years now and in that time I have had the F.D. and P.D. dispatched numorous times at my expense. I have had "Tech Reps", and I use that term as loosly as you can imagine, come out to my house to turn the system disabled and yet again last night the alarm goes off. Want to get ahold of them?? Sure, no problem... Just have to figure out where your last bill went since they change ownership about 3 times a year. When you finally get their most current number, feel free to leave a message because there is no way someone will pick up the phone. You may or may not get a phone call back, but hey... its only $50 a month that your throwing away.
