Anyone considering Firstline Security Alarm Services go no further!!! They are hands down THE worst company that I have ever or will ever deal with. I have had them "monitoring" my home security system for 2 years now and in that time I have had the F.D. and P.D. dispatched numorous times at my expense. I have had "Tech Reps", and I use that term as loosly as you can imagine, come out to my house to turn the system disabled and yet again last night the alarm goes off. Want to get ahold of them??
