I am adding my complaint to all the others. I had the same experience but had another charge of 8.51 from My VIP Fit which they said was for some "limbo" service for online shopping. I told them that I didn't want it and they said the charge would be credited. WHen I asked about the charge for 29.95 they said that wasn't their charge. I said that I knew that it was them or a subsidiary of their company and she said it was Fit Factory not My VIP Fit. She gave me the phone number, which I had already had from my credit card company. You cannot get through on the 866 number. I think I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them handle it. I will cancel my card to make sure no other charges are placed on my card. Good luck to all you others!
