I am adding my complaint to all the others. I had the same experience but had another charge of 8.51 from My VIP Fit which they said was for some "limbo" service for online shopping. I told them that I didn't want it and they said the charge would be credited. WHen I asked about the charge for 29.95 they said that wasn't their charge. I said that I knew that it was them or a subsidiary of their company and she said it was Fit Factory not My VIP Fit.
