Flashbyte consistently had poor internet speed despite what they promised as being as fast if not faster than DSL. We paid $150 for the installation and $99 for the equipment deposit. We became tired of constantly being overbilled for services that were not worth the $60 per month. We canceled the account and returned their equipment. We have emailed their rude, ignorant and unprofessional representative, Brenda, several times and have still never recieved our $99 refundable deposit. I have no choice but to take them to small claims court and sue them for my money. They are a terrible, horrible, company. Do NOT ever do business with them. They have complaints everywhere from ripoffreport.com to the local Joshua Tree Chamber of Commerce, to the Better Business Business Bureau. Enough is enough. Stop ripping people off Flashbyte!!!
