Flashbyte consistently had poor internet speed despite what they promised as being as fast if not faster than DSL. We paid $150 for the installation and $99 for the equipment deposit. We became tired of constantly being overbilled for services that were not worth the $60 per month. We canceled the account and returned their equipment. We have emailed their rude, ignorant and unprofessional representative, Brenda, several times and have still never recieved our $99 refundable deposit.
