Flawless did have some bumps along the road but overall I am happy. They contacted me saying that they were moving to a new location and let me know it would take a little longer. In fact it did take a few more days but they upgraded my shipping.

When I received my computer it had a few problems with it, but it only took me 10 minutes to figure everything out and when I called in they apologized and walked me how to do it.

Overall I enjoyed their customer service since I did get in contact with them quite a bit. I was not happy about the length of time it took to receive my order but I got it about when I thought it would get here (which was 4 or 5 days after they said I would get it). The value I am very happy with, they set me up with a brilliant computer which has been worked great since I got it.|

If you are considering this company know what ordering from a smaller company really means. More value, but you might have to wait longer.
