Flawless did have some bumps along the road but overall I am happy. They contacted me saying that they were moving to a new location and let me know it would take a little longer. In fact it did take a few more days but they upgraded my shipping. When I received my computer it had a few problems with it, but it only took me 10 minutes to figure everything out and when I called in they apologized and walked me how to do it.
