I cannot for the life of me find out what to do to get a refund from this company My eldest grandson asked could he stream a movie it only cost $1.05 for one nite I said fine. I should have guessed there was more to it but I didn't I was distracted at the time so I allowed grandson to make the order. After he did it I looked at my bank statement the very next day and there was the amt. taken of $39.95. I am trying to get in to my account he set up but today I can't. Here I am stuck in a problem of how will I get through to them there is no phone number if your acct information doesn't work. Let me just say to everyone let the buyer beware!! Any business that is quick to grab money out of your acct and has no phone number and can't be reached unless you log in is shaky at best. If anyone knows about this company and there shady practice please...I need help!
