I cannot for the life of me find out what to do to get a refund from this company My eldest grandson asked could he stream a movie it only cost $1.05 for one nite I said fine. I should have guessed there was more to it but I didn't I was distracted at the time so I allowed grandson to make the order. After he did it I looked at my bank statement the very next day and there was the amt. taken of $39.95. I am trying to get in to my account he set up but today I can't.
