January 2, 2009 I submitted 13 page documents to the above company along with the required $1, 000.00 retainer to "get the process moving".

I spoke to Tony Cox (gentleman who signed me up)several times in January. Then Feb. through April the inter-action with Fed Loan Mod calling me back was VERY inconsistent.

Starting in April, I did not receive ONE returned phone call. I was getting called by Countrywide daily. I paid Fed Loan Mod to be my voice to Countrywide and to get my Loan Mod completed.

I reached out to Mark Talberg (one of the owners) by e-mail and by voicemail to relinquish my $1, 000 & told him I expected this check mailed to me within 10 business days as the documents state. Mark called me back and told me they "were not closed down".

His e-mail's were bouncing back saying undeliverable. I called his voicemail & stated regardless whether his company was closed or not they were not being responsive & doing what I was paying them to do.

I still have not received my retainer & I will do what I need to do the get my money returned to me.
