January 2, 2009 I submitted 13 page documents to the above company along with the required $1, 000.00 retainer to "get the process moving". I spoke to Tony Cox (gentleman who signed me up)several times in January. Then Feb. through April the inter-action with Fed Loan Mod calling me back was VERY inconsistent. Starting in April, I did not receive ONE returned phone call. I was getting called by Countrywide daily. I paid Fed Loan Mod to be my voice to Countrywide and to get my Loan Mod completed.
