My hunband ordered flowers for delivery 1-22-10. He called the order in and was assured they would be delivered by 4PM to my office. No flowers were ever delivered and no one called either one of us telling us of any problem. I called them today 1-27 asking where the order was, and was told the florist 'rejected' the order - they could not tell me why - or worse, why the substitution guarantee was not honored. They offered to deliver them today - at a charge of course, and I escalated from Supervisor to the Manager trying to get it at no charge - since they never delivered or called - what good it the 100% satification guaranteed they advertise - it only applies to orders that are delivered. I cancelled the order - my birthday was last week. They are unable and unwilling to provide anything other than a 'discounted' order along with a coupon for another order. if they did not deliver this order, how do I know they would deliver another order int he future. no second chances. had another bad experience with them before - florist in Texas delivered dead flowers to mother in law. Their response was only to replace her flowers three days later. This WAS their second chance.
