My hunband ordered flowers for delivery 1-22-10. He called the order in and was assured they would be delivered by 4PM to my office. No flowers were ever delivered and no one called either one of us telling us of any problem. I called them today 1-27 asking where the order was, and was told the florist 'rejected' the order - they could not tell me why - or worse, why the substitution guarantee was not honored.
